Our commitment to our customers only begins with the sale of our any of our products. With regard to saddles, we have several specific and specialized services to offer that continue after the initial purchase has been made. These include the following listed below:

• Trial Periods: Trial periods are granted for all saddle purchases to determine and ensure that proper fit has been established for both horse and rider. The established trial period is three days, with the first day counting as the date the saddle was received. This same policy applies to saddles that are shipped from our shop to other locations worldwide. This policy differs for any customized saddle, please ask all questions prior to ordering. Custom ordered saddles are those considered to be not 'in-shop' purchases, or saddles that are custom ordered. A detailed outline of this policy will be online soon, please ask any questions that you may have in the meantime.
• Short-term Layaway programs: Short-term layaway spans a period of three months, typically no more than four months. Split the purchase price of the saddle into three or four payments. No interest is accrued during this time, saddle must be paid for in full by the end of the agreed upon layaway period. Certain conditions apply, please consult your Cascade Custom Saddlery representative for more information
• Saddle Consignment services: Should the time come when you wish to sell your saddle, and either purchase another Cascade saddle, or another saddle altogether we offer low fee consignment services to aid our customers in establishing a market for their saddle. Cascade Custom Saddlery will answer all calls, emails, questions concerning the saddle and market the saddle for you! All you are responsible for is the cost of advertising, we do the rest! Low fee consignment rates are currently 15%.
